The Last Pirates of the Vast Golden Treasure

A Rollicking, One-Page Synopsis

The Pirate Earl and his colorful, yet slightly inept, pirates of the vast golden treasure discover a floating bottle with a note inside.  The kingdom has been overrun by anarchy.  No, not anarchy!  The pirates most assuredly cannot let anarchy reign. They suspend their quest for the vast golden treasure to return and free the kingdom.

When the pirates reach the kingdom, they free three men chained to the craggy shore, and meet the wonderful women of the kingdom, led by a beautiful fairest maiden.  The vicious Ladies of Anarchy now rule the kingdom and have banished all men.  The pirates and the wonderful women decide to team up in order to restore the kingdom, and free the father of the fairest maiden from the dungeon and his certain terrible destruction.

Lady Anne, the leader of the Ladies of Anarchy, lost her infant son many years ago and detests all men.  She is from the Land of Archy, and, as such, is Lady Anne of Archy, or Lady Anarchy.  Funny, get it?

The Old Woman, a wonderful woman smitten by pirates, reveals a morsel of information.  The imprisoned father is, in fact, the king.  Now the pirates must restore the kingdom and free the king!

But how will the pirates get into the royal chamber full of ladies?  Long John, the dim-witted pirate, stumbles upon a perfect idea.  The wonderful women disguise the pirates as colorful women loyal to Lady Anarchy.  Once properly disguised, the pirates enter the royal chamber and are commanded to describe the land from which they come.  The Pirate Earl, quite by accident, says that they are from the Land of Pause, and hate the Men o’ Pause.

Just as the king is to be destroyed in the worst possible way, the pirates and wonderful women reveal themselves.  A battle for the kingdom ensues.  The pirates are, of course, outlandishly defeated.  Seeing the lining of his cloak, Lady Anne believes that the Pirate Earl is her long lost son.  Her hard heart melts. She restores the kingdom, and frees the king.  As Lady Anne is about to hug the Pirate Earl, she falls into the worst possible way machine and is thoroughly destroyed.  However, the Old Woman reveals that she too has fabric that exactly matches that of the Pirate Earl’s cloak.  The Old Woman is, in fact, the Pirate Earl’s true mother.  All is finally restored.  The king crowns the princess as the new queen, and the pirates receive, for their courage, a vast golden treasure.  The quest is now rollickly complete!
